3. Press the ultrasonic mold drop switch once to the self-locking position;
4. Adjust the height of the hand wheel of the shaker to make ultrasonic molds and plastic parts. The top surfaces of the ultrasonic welding machine are common to each other, the frame is determined, and the bottom mold is fixed with a clamping plate.
5. Adjust the air pressure to a position greater than 1.5kg;
6. Press the drop switch of the ultrasonic welding machine again to cancel the self-locking position. At this moment, the ultrasonic mold recovered to the suspended condition.
