The principle of ultrasonic welding: Ultrasonic welding uses a transistor function device to convert the current 50/60KHz electric frequency to 20KHz and 40KHz high-frequency electric energy, supplying the converter, and the ultrasonic transducer converts the electric energy into ultrasonic energy, that is, the frequency exceeds humans. The high-frequency machine vibration energy of ear hearing is transmitted to the plastic workpiece through the welding head, and the joint surface of the plastic product is violently rubbed and melted with tens of thousands of ultrasonic frequencies per second and a certain amplitude. After the vibration stops, it remains in the product. The short-term pressure on the welding molecules solidifies the welding molecules into one body. Generally, the welding time is less than 1 second, and the resulting welding strength is comparable to itself.
